For Ng Bogie-(Qr Code As Per Cde/Rcf Letter No. Md44121 Dt. 24.11.2021.). Cylinder Roller Unit To Skfs Drg No. Bc2-0578 Rev 01 Or Equivalent For Ng-Ksr Bogie With Following Special Requirements: A. Cru Shall Be Pre-Filled With Grease And Suitable For Ng-Ksr Bogies. B. Design Parameters: Cru Shall Be Suitable For Axle To Drawing No. Ng02118 (Latest) And Bearing Arrangement To Drg No. Ng02002 (Latest) Having Axle Load Of 6.1T And Speed Limit Upto 50 Kmph, Track Radius Of 48 Degrees To Be Negotiated During Run (36.46M). Bogie To Bogie Center Is 5.4M To 6.096M, Wheel Base Of Bogie Is 1.524M. Wheel Dia New 508Mm And Worn 486Mm. C. Tenderer Shall Submit Design Calculation And Life Calculation Considering Above For Proposed Bearing. Also Supply Maintenance Instructions Of Proposed Cru. D. Drawings And Pilot Sample Shall Be Submitted To Cde/Rcf For Approval., As Per Drawing: Mplngaxle Version 1 [ Warranty Period: 30 Months After The Date Of Delivery ] => Limited
