Of Electrically Operated Lifting Boom. 2 Pedestals, 8 Band Circuit Controller With Limit Switch, Hand Crank, 2 Electric Motor, 24Vdc Of Capacity Suitable To Operate Barriers 32 Feet Long ( 4 Sections Of 8 Feet Long ) , 2 Stop Boards, 2 Nos Boom Light Boxes, Ms Counter Weight, 2 Nos Of Boom Support For Resting Boom & Boom Locking Assembly Without Fringes, Push Button Type Gate Control Panel To Operate The Gate, Crank Handle Arrangement Will Be As Per Railways Requirement. Mcb And Hand Generator ( 24Vdc ) Back Up To Operate 2 Barriers Of 1 Set. This Includes Supply And Installation Of Gate Hooter-1 No And Dual Tone Bell / Buzzer With Flasher Arrangement And 20 Watt Horn Working On 24V Dc / 110Vac-1 No With All Fixing Arrangements .All Of The Above Items Including Supply Of Nuts & Bolts, Foundation As Required & Supply Of Cement. MCB and hand generator (24VDC) back up to operate 2 barriers of 1 set. This includes supply and installation of gate hooter-1 no and Dual Tone Bell/Buzzer with flasher arrangement and 20 watt horn working on 24V DC/110VAC-1 no with all fixing arrangements .All of the above items including supply of nuts & bolts, foundation as required & supply of cement. Civil work materials and etc. shall be done by the contractor for commissioning .Only 230VAC supply shall be arranged by the railway in nearby relay room. The complete electric lifting barrier set shall confirm to RDSO Spec. SPN/208/2012 with latest amendment. along with Spares & tool kit mentioned in RDSO Spec.
