Repair/ replacement of damaged/ corroded pipe-rack support in Petro Plants. Scope of work includes fabrication, dismantling and erection of structural items at various locations and elevations. Activity also includes painting with two coat of alkyd high build zinc phosphate primer and two coat of epoxy resin based enamel paintafter thorough cleaning.

Painting with two coat of alkyd high build zinc phosphate primer (50 DFT) and two coat of epoxy resin based enamel paint (125 DFT) after surface preparation by shot blasting to SA2.5 surface finish. The cost shall include the price of consumables, materials, labour, scaffoldings etc

Segregation of scrap material, creation of the lots as directed by engineer in charge and removal of the lots to the designated scrap yard after weighing.
