Regrading terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or bricks, in cement bydismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface ofmud phaska to proper slope, relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles orbricks, grouted in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand), includingreplacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal ofunserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles orbrick excluded) within 50 meters lead.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applyingcement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting ofapplying :(a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqmmixed with water proofing cement compound@ 0.253 kg/sqm.(b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green.Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm.(c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg./sqm. andcoarse sand @1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hoursfollowed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be takenupto 30cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around.(d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which willbe paid for separately) For the purpose of measurement the entire treatedsurface will be measured.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand:4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cementmortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) as per standard design. In 75x75 mm deepchase.

Constructing soak pit 1.20x1.20x1.20m filled with brickbats including S.W.drain pipe 100 mm diameter and 1.20m long complete as per standarddesign.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 meters lead of G.S. Sheet.

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surfacefixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter withbitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with whitelead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approvedpaint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/verticalor curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses andincluding cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick withzinc coating not less than 275 gram/m 2
