Supply Of Austenitic Steel Coil 1.25X1250mm., As Per Drawing / Specification: Rdso Spec. No. C- K201, Grade X5crni1810 ( 304 ) Table 1&2, Heat Treatment Condition 2B As Per Table-5., Packing Instruction: The Coil Shall Be Protected In Reasonably Good Condition To Withstand Normal Handling Hazard During Transit With The Following Provision As The Barest Minimum: I ) Coil Should Be Wrapped With A Layer Of Water Proof Paper Through Out Whole Length. Ii ) Coil Should Be Wrapped With A Layer Of Biodegradable Sheet. Iii ) Outer & Inner Of Coil Should Be Wrapped With Gi Sheet. Iv ) Side Of The Coil Should Be Covered With Card Board Sheet. V ) After This Whole Coil Should Be Wrapped With Biodegradable Plastic Sheet Of Suitable Thickness. Vi ) The Inner Edge Of The Coil Should Be Protected By Gi Ring Followed By Another Iron Ring. Vii ) Outer Edge Of The Coil Should Be Wrapped With Gi Ring. Viii ) Coil Should Be Securely Strapped With Minimum 5 Steel Bands Through The Eyes Of The Coil And Minimum 3 Steel Bands On The Circumference Of The Eye. Ix ) Whole Coil Should Be Mounted On Wooden Blocks For Easy Lifting / Stacking. X ) The Sheets In Coil Form For Thickness 2Mm And Above Shall Have: Inner Dia Of Coil 450-800Mm Outer Dia Of Coil 1000-1300Mm Weight Of Coil 2.4 - 10 Tonnes Xi ) The Sheets In Coil Form For Thickness Below 2Mm Shall Have: Inner Dia Of Coil 450-650Mm Outer Dia Of Coil 1000-1300Mm Weight Of Coil 5.0 - 10 Tonnes. Mechanical Damage & Corrosion During Transit If Any Shall Be At The Cost Of Supplier. [ Warranty Period: 30 Months After The Date Of Delivery ] , Austenitic Steel Sheet 3X1250x3300 Mm., As Per Drawing / Specification: Rdso Spec. No. C-K201, Grade X5crni1810 ( 304 ) Table 1&2, Heat Treatment Condition 2B As Per Table-5., Packing Instruction: I ) The Sheets / Plates Shall Be Supplied In Bundles Of Optimum Weight: 2Mt+ / -10% & Each Sheet / Plate Shall Be Separated With A Layer Of Water Proof Paper, After This The Whole Bundle Should Be Wrapped With Double Layer Of Water Proof Paper And A Biodegradable Plastic Sheet Of Suitable Thickness. A Metal Protection In Edges Should Also Be Provided. Ii ) All Bundles Shall Have A Minimum Of 2 Hoops Up To 1.2 Meter In Length And One Extra Hoop For Every Additional Meter. The Bundles Shall Also Be Provided With Skid ( Wooden Packing Under Neath ) To Facilitate Handling. Mechanical Damage & Corrosion During Transit If Any Shall Be At The Cost Of Supplier.
