Construction Details: Material Polyster Staple Fibre, Fibre Content 100% Virgin Hollow Fibre Non Compressed In The Form Of Sheets. Identification Of Fibre Hollowness Will Be As Per Is:667 / 81 ( Reaffirmed 2008 ) Each Pillow Should Be Stamped With Indian Railway Logo, Manufacturer Name, Trade Mark, Month & Year Of Manufacture In Such A Fashion That It Will Not Be Washed Away While Repeated Washing. Tolerance Limit For Product Size: Plus Or Minus 2% And With Following Sampling And Testing Method : 1. Sampling Plan For Visual Inspection-Is 2500:2000 Part 1, Gil Ii, Aql 2.5 2. Sampling Plan For Laboratory Testing- As Per Is 745:2003 For Sampling Purpose Only. 3.Test Requirement And Its Methods- I ) Identification Of Fibre And % Composition Of Filling Material As Per Is:667 / 1981. Ii ) Identification Of Fibre And % Composition Of Protective Cloth As Per Is:667 / 1981. Iii ) Hollowness Of Fibre ( Microscopic Examination ) . .
