The Cost Of Subsequent Implementations Will Be Decided Mutually Between The Vendor And The Customer.A Review Meeting Will Be Carried Out In The First Week Of Every Quarter At Artrac Sig Coy, Infront Of St Thomas School, Cart Road, Shimla-06 For Assessing The Performance Of The Items And Problems Associated With It. A Schedule For Rectifying The Problems Will Be Prepared And All Efforts Will Be Made To Adhere To The Schedule During The Amc Period The Vendors Representative Will ( Perform Quarterly Preventive Inspection And ) Sign A Monthly Efficiency Report. The Customer Will Also Maintain Proper Records Of The Data At Time Of Fault Initiated And Will Also Record The Complaint Number Given By The Vendor When The Complaint Is Lodged. The Service Engineer Of The Vendor Will Sign This Record When He Visits To Rectify The Complaint. The Vendor Assures Maintenance Support For A Period Of One Year. The Vendor Will Provide A Resident Engineer Six Working Hours Daily For The Upkeep And Maintenance Of Audio And Video Equipment Under Amc.
