Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services -The Customer Shall Provide The Full And Free Access Of The Item To The Vendors Representatives For Performance Of This Agreement. The Customer Shall Also Provide Adequate Working Space As Required For The Use Of The Vendors Representatives.. The Vendors Representatives Alone Shall Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services -The Customer Shall Provide The Full And Free Access Of The Item To The Vendors Representatives For Performance Of This Agreement. The Customer Shall Also Provide Adequate Working Space As Required For The Use Of The Vendors Representatives.. The Vendors Representatives Alone Shall Total Quantity : In Case The Customer Desires Any Hardware Additions Or Upgradation, The Cost Of The Same Will Be Borne By The Customer. The Vendor Will, However, Provide The Necessary Technical Assistance To Cater For The Requirements Of Such Additions / Up Gradations. The Cost Of Subsequent Implementations Will Be Decided Mutually Between The Vendor And The Customer.A Review Meeting Will Be Carried Out In The First Week Of Every Quarter At Artrac Sig Coy, Infront Of St Thomas School, Cart Road, Shimla-06 For Assessing The Performance Of The Items And Problems Associated With It. A Schedule For Rectifying The Problems Will Be Prepared And All Efforts Will Be Made To Adhere To The Schedule During The Amc Period The Vendors Representative Will ( Perform Quarterly Preventive Inspection And ) Sign A Monthly Efficiency Report. The Customer Will Also Maintain Proper Records Of The Data At Time Of Fault Initiated And Will Also Record The Complaint Number Given By The Vendor When The Complaint Is Lodged. The Service Engineer Of The Vendor Will Sign This Record When He Visits To Rectify The Complaint. The Vendor Assures Maintenance Support For A Period Of One Year. The Vendor Will Provide A Resident Engineer Six Working Hours Daily For The Upkeep And Maintenance Of Audio And Video Equipment Under Amc.
