    Mechanical Replacement Repairs To Be Carried Out At Lis Marval Stage 1St-1 Dismantling of damaged column spider guide of 900mm dia from the column pipes. The job comprises of manufacturing/fitting of new line shaft guide spiders for the column pipes of 900mm dia fabricated out of 12mm thick MS sheet with guides in such a way to allow free rotation of shaft. The spider is to be aligned properly along the central axis of line shafts of unit No. 03. Tools and plants involved for conducting above repairs/replacement shall be arranged by the executing agency. 2 Replacement by way of Fabrication, providing and fitting of MS Strainer cylinder type fabricated out of ISSQ 12 mm having 1100 mm dia and 625 mm height along with locking bolts. The job includes applying of anti-corrosive metal primer with two coats of blue paint of unit No. 03
