    Tender For Supply Of 1750 Kg. Batch Type Centrifugal Machine.--1 1750 Kg. Batch Type Centrifugal Machine. 2 Supply Of One No. Modular Design Vertically Suspended Basket Design Fully Automatic, Recycling Type Flat Bottom, Plough Discharge Centrifugal Machine Having 1750 Kg. Per Charge Capacity And Capable Of 20-21 Cycle For Working As A-Single Curing With Ss Basket, Monitor Casing, Bottom Closing Valve, Plough Discharge, Sugar Washing Device Automation System. The Machine Should Be Complete In All Respect With Suitable Rating Of Ac Motor And Acvfd Drive, Control Panel Comprising Of Plc, Operator Panel,Gate Valve And Suitable Pug Mill For 01 Machine With Drive Motor Etc. Good Syrup Separation System, Curb Wash/Or Any Other System To Achieve A Light Purity Not Less Than 90. Machine Should Be Supplied With Efficient Super Heated Wash Water System With Automatic Control System With 2 Nos. (One Standby) Pumps And Motor, Starter Suitable Grass Hopper(App. Size 2 Mt. X 30 Mt. Actual Dimension Of Hopper Will Be Intimated At The Time Of Placing Order) With Drive And Necessary Pipe Line. The Machine Should Be Supplied With Necessary Staging /Platform And Air Drying System To Supply Dry Air To All Pneumatically Operated Valves. Suitable Pug Mill Made Out Of 8 Mm Thick M.S. Plate And Mounted Over The Machine Shall Be Provided With Suitable Staging Having Proper Stirring Arrangement, Driven By Electric Motor, Coupled To Reduction Gear Unit, The Pug Mill Charging Gate To Be Operated Both Pneumatically And Manually.
