    Tender For Development Work- 1 Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material. Ordinary rock (not requiring blasting). Upto 3 m depth 2 Demolishing cement concrete including disposal of material within 50 meters lead : 1 : 3 : 6 richer mix. 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost the cost of centering and shuttering – All work upto plinth level. 1: 4: 8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size 4 Rough chisel dressed stone flooring over 20mm (AV.) thick base in CM 1 : 6 including pointing with cement mortar 1 : 2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with and admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone with joint thickness upto 15 mm : 35 mm thick red sand stone. 5 Random Rubble stone masonry for foundation and plinth in cement Sand mortar above 30 cm thick wall in : Cement Mortar 1 : 6 ( 1- Cement : 6 Sand ) 6 Providing and laying damp proof with cement concrete grade M-15 (1:2:4) mortar prepared with 15 solution of water proof compound including including two coats of hot blown bitumen (2 kg. per sqm0 complete as per specification with glass strip 3 mm thick at a distance of 1 m interval. 50 mm thick 7 Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1 : 4 including racking of joints etc. complete fine finish. 20 mm thick
