Closing Of Penstock Gate Of Unit#1 To Release Holding Pressure In The System.2. Replacement Of Power Pack Manifold Along With New Set Of Valves And Components.3. Replacement Of Cylinder Manifold With New Set Of Components Of Manifold And Other Hydraulic Valves Fixed To The Cylinder Pipelines. 4.Replacement Of Hydraulic Pipelines With Suitable High Pressure Seamless Pipelines And All Hydraulic Hoses.5.Replacement Of Conservative Tank Hoses With New Ones.6.Servicing The Oil Tank By Cleaning With Gasoline, Painting Of External Surface And Installation Of External Component Like Oil Filter, Vent System, Replacement Of Gear Pumps, Replacing Window Gasket And Arresting Any External Leakage In Hydraulic System.7.Testing Of Pressure Lines By Operating Penstock Gate.8.Monitoring Pressure In The System By Observing The Variation Of Pressure In Pressure Gauges As Well As Position Of Penstock Gate Level Indicator.
