3Dismantling of cement asbestos celotax/hard board in ceiling or partition wall including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within any lead (Frame work such as joists, beams to be measured and paid for separately) complete and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
4Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m (One point five metre) in width or 10 sqm 9Ten square metre) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m (One point five metre), including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within any lead including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
5Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point fifteen milimetres) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five milimetres) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. (Four mitres)and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work inFoundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
6Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point fifteen milimetres) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five milimetres) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. (Four mitres)and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work inColumns, pillars, posts and struts in Square, rectangular or polygonal in plan complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
7Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point fifteen milimetres) thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into thirty into five milimetres) so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. (Four mitres)and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work inLintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers not exceeding 1 mtr. (One metre) in depth in all heights from floor complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
8Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depths of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors roofs, landings as per Architectural drawing and the like floor etc.including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
9Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal fifteen millimetres) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etcetera, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced plain concrete work in edges of slab and breaks in floors and walls under any thickness including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
10Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level1:4:8 (One Cement : Four coarse sand) : Eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimetres) nominal size including curing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.
11Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (One cement : One and Half coarse sand : Three graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.
12Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° (Fifteen Degree) landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:2:4 (One cement : Two coarse sand : Four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size). and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals .
13Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses,plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:2:4 (One cement : Two coarse sand : Four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge.
14Providing Tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding, straightning and placing in position complete including cost of binding wires complete and other incidentals due for its completion for all floors and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals .
15Squared rubble masonry coursed with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including raking out joints with cement mortars 1:6 (One cement : Six sand),including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
16Providing and fixing double charged vetrified tiles of ISI marked 600x600mm (Six hundred into Six hundredmillimetres) approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid over 12mm (Twelve millimetres) thick cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto Three sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete. as per specifications, drawing and design complete, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.upto floor all levels including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
176mm (Six millimetres) thick cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement: Three sand) upto all floor levels complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
1815mm (Fifteen millimetre) thick cement plasters in single coat on rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth witth cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand) above plinth level to floor all level complete including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per drawing, design and specifications, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
1915mm (Fifteen millimetre) thick cement plasters in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth witth cement mortar 1:6 (One cement : Six sand) above plinth level to floor all level complete including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per drawing, design and specifications, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
20Providing and applying white cement based J.K. Birla white putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
21Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth complete as directed by the Engineer- Incharge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
22Providing and laying 60mm (Sixty millimetre) thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design and pattern.factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks of make NTC/Atlantica& Pooja Concrete in roads, footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete as directed by the Engineer- Incharge, including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
