Reimbursement cost of filling One commercial LPG cylinder or bill of piped natural gas connection if available (limited to cost of One LPG cylinder) to be reimbursed on production of actual bill, overall ceilling is 12 cylinders in one year.(The rate for this item is fixed, the bidders are not allowed to quote the rate for this item)

Fixed charges for providing sufficient workforce (minimum 1 no. cook-Skilled/Semi Skilled and 1 no. service boy-unskilled) to complete pantry cum caretaking and allied services as per specified terms and conditions for IOCL pantry cum cafeteria (Approxiamately area of cabin is 200 sqft) having 1 Kitchen, 1 dining area to be maintained at NRPL Agra (Previously known as NRPL Tundla).These sevices shall be provided during office hour including sundays & holidays (as per requirements). However working hour may be extended as per requirement and as per instruction of the EIC/Site Engineer. The rate shall be inclusive of all labours, taxes, levies (if any) complete in all respect. The complete list of work/duties, materials/consumables shall be performed/supplied as per the tender. Employment of child labour will lead to termination of contract.
