Charges for dismantling the Hopper long travel gear box from the bed, decouple the gear box with motor, dismantling the chain, lift the bogie assembly by using Jacks, temporary support the structure and dismantling the wheel bearing, removing the shaft and plumber block assembly, Cleaning the bearing, plumber block, shaft and other internals, refixing the plumber block, shaft, bearings and fix the shaft, fixing the driven sprocket with shaft, wheel free movement check before removing the temporary support, after free movement check lifting the bogie by hydraulic jack, charges for erecting the long travel gear box on the gear box bed, coupling with motor, alignment of gear box with motor driven side sprocket and wheel drum, Providing duplex chain and trial run(driven & non driven sides), including hire charges for T&Ps, cost of bolts & Nuts, gas, welding rods, etc, complete.
