| 1 | Removing of the existing Superil False Ceiling including its frame work. The frame work is to be removed from a ceiling height of approximate 4.50 mtrs. The false ceiling and its frame work including its suspenders has to be removed in Ist and IInd Floors of T.E building. The rate includes shifting of all the serviceable materials to the stores in desired quarter in staff quarter block in the compound and stacking them carefully at the location as shown by Engineer - in- charge. The rate includes all labour costs, taxes, incidentals such as arranging for necessary heights / scafolding, for removing of the false ceiling with the frame work. The work is to be executed by taking all necessary safety measures. All the electrical fittings shall be carefully removed from the false ceiling to enable the electrical wing for removing of all the fittings. Nothing extra shall be paid on any account. The work shall be done as per the directions of the Engineer - in -charge. |
| 2 | Dismantling existing false flooring tiles made of laminated board / plywood by separating the supporting pedestals from tiles and other connecting material. All the frame work, supports and all other serviceable materials shall be removed carefully without causing any damages. The false flooring is to be dismantled in first floor of the building and all the removed materials shall be stacked in the building at a location place and shown by the Engineer - in -charge. The rate include all labour charges, taxes, incidentals including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material. Nothing extra shall be paid on any account over and above the quoted rate. All complete and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. |
| 3 | Dismantling of existing work stations (approximately 50 Nos) of sizes varying from approximately 2.00 x1.50 x 1.35 Mtrs to 3.45 x 2.00 x 1.35 Mtrs ( Total seating capacity isof about 90 Nos work stations) by dismembering all the members, its fittings, fixtures including its connecting sections. The work stations in the second floor shall be dismembered very carefully. Immediately after dismembering of each work station numbering of each member shall be done properly so as to easily identify each member pertaining to is work station and no difficulty shall befaced while assembling them at Doorsanchar bhavan & Telephone Bhavan, Hyderabad.All the dismantled / dismembered after numbering the members shall be shifted carefully to the location and place in ground floor as shown by the Engineer - in-charge. All the materials shall be stacked carefully and all unserviceable materials shall be disposed out of the building. The work is of composite nature and nothing extra shall be paid on any account over and above the quoted rate. (Number of work stations removed will be measured for payment). All complete and as per the directions of the Engineer - in -charge. |
| 4 | Dismantling existing aluminium partitions, doors and other frames including removing of all the glass panes, particle boards, grills, door closures, floor springs etc from the panels of partitions, doors and numbering them for proper identification. The aluminium partitions are to be dismantled in Admin building & TE building. All the serviceable materials shall be shifted and stacked carefully in the staff quarter in C- Block (staff quarter block in the compound). The rate includes removing of all aluminium sections, fittings, fixtures etc., and shifting all the materials tothe staff quarter, stacking. Nothing extra shall be paid on any account over and above the quoted rate. All complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge . (Area of partition will be measured for payment). |
| 5 | Fixing of aluminum partitions and doors with available material of aluminum sections, particle board, glass panels, neoprene gasket and snap on beading including fixing with new rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips (L angle), or with expansion hold fasteners including filling up of gaps at junctions at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/Neoprene felt etc,. The materials such as aluminum sections, particle boards, glass panes, neoprene gasket etc., all shall be brought from the store in the staff quarter building in the compound. All materials without any damage shall be shifted from the staff quarter store to the place of work for executing this work. The aluminium scetions joints shall be mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required. The rate includes shifting of necessary materials from the store in the staff quarter building, new screws, nut & bolts, anchor fastners etc, all taxes and incidentals. Nothing extra shall be paid on any account over and above the quoted rate. (Finished area of partition is measured for payment). |
| 6 | Shifting / transporting of about 50 No.s of dismantled work stations carefully by hiring suitable private carrier from the place of material stacked place at Thrimulgherry compound to the proposed site of work at Telephone Bhavan building at Saifabad and Doorsanchar Bhavan building at Abids or any other location within a distance of 20.00 KMS. Approximately 12 Nos of work stations are to be shifted to Doorsanchar bhavan building and approximately 38 Nos work stations are to be shifted to the telephone bhavan building. All the materials are to be unloaded and stacked in a located place as shown by Engineer - in -charge.Care is to be taken to see that all the members pertaining to individual work stations are shifted exactly so that there shall be no difficulty in re-fixing of the work stations. The shifting / transporting including loading, unloading and stacking at located place all comprise as 1 (one) job work. Nothing extra shall be paid on any account over and above the quoted rate. All complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge . |
| 7 | Installing, re-fixing of the available dismembered / dismantled work stationsafter re-jointing all the dismantled members and its connecting fittings of the work stations, adjusting and placing in the locationwherever required or as shown by the Engineer-in-charge. All the work stations materials which are stacked in the building (at stores in ground floor) shall be veified and the exact members forming a work station shall be brought to the place of work for assembling. Any incidental new materials such as screws, nuts & bolts, nails, gum, fevicol, edge lamination matching the existing lamination and existing lipping etc. The re-fixing / re-asembly of the work station shall be done so that the same shall be in working condition and ready to use. The rate includes all and nthing extra shall be paid on any account over and above the quoted rate. All complete etc as per the architectural drawings and the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (The available material as above on as is where is basis in stacked condition will be supplied by the Department at site. Finished number of work stations will be measured for payment). |
| 8 | Rebate for taking away the existing false flooring materials including all the MS main frame work / supports etc., The material shall be taken away on as is where is basis and the stacked place shall be got cleaned by removing all the unserviceable materials and disposing to the approved municipal dumping ground.(The quoted rate shall not be than Rs.25/kg) |
