1Dismantling & taking down of existing worn out / unserviceable aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any type /size & in any position from existing LT/HT Poles/Lines all as specified & directed.
2Re-Fixing and stringing of old ACSR’s conductors and earth wires including cradles, of any size & type and in any position, as in LT/HT overhead lines, on existing poles, including opening of connections and binding wires, restringing and tightening of conductors/earth wire in position, removing sag, binding to insulators with new aluminium wire, making and connecting new jumper connectionsetc. including PG Clamps and testing complete all as specified and directed.The quoted rates shall be deemed to include the following provisions also :- (i)Setting/adjusting etc. in position of cradles. (ii) Old serviceable spacers of ACSR conductor shall be reused and fixed as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) Any complaint of broken ACSR conductor shall be attended by the contractor with in two hrs, in case of failure thepenalty of Rs.1000 per hours shallbe recovered from the contractor.
3Supply and fixingof aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size/type on LT poles/linesincluding PG Clamps, stringing, tightening, binding to insulators with aluminium wire making and connecting jumpers, connections of existing cables etc. including commissioning and testing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note:-Old serviceable spacers obtained from taking down of ACSR conductor under item No.3 shall be reused and fixed as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
4Dismantling & taking down of existing worn out / unserviceable GI wire of any description/size & in any position from existing LT/HT Lines including cradle guard wires all as specified & directed.
5Material and labour for supplying, stringing and fixing GI continuous GI earth wire of size 4 mm / 3.15mm dia on LT/HT poles as in cradle guards / earth wires etc. including binding complete all as specified & directed.
6Dismantling & taking out of old existing unserviceable steel & iron items from poles such as cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps andback plate fabricatedfrom structural steel sections including nuts & bolts, washersof any description and in any position from LT over head line poles/ street light polescomplete all as specified & directed by Engineer -in-Charge.
7Fixing Only oldfabricated mild steel structure such as cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps andback plate including nuts, bolts & washers on LT over head line poles/ street light polescomplete all as specified & directed by Engineer -in-Charge.
8Supply, fabrication and fixing for mild steel structure such as cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps andback plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts & bolts, washersof any description on LT over head line poles/ street light polescomplete all as specified & directed by Engineer -in- Charge.
9Dismantling and taking down existing serviceable/unserviceable/ de-shaped/worn out LT/HT steel tubular / PCC pole of any shape, size & height including demolition of existing PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed.
10Supply and erecting steel tubular swaged pole (410 SP-31)9 mtr long, complete with cast iron base plate, pole cap / finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, welded reduced section and longitudinal weld throughout entire length of pole. Make:- Jindal Steel Products /Bombay Tubes and Poles /National Tubing Co. /BCW.
11M&L for PCC (1:3:6 ) type C-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregates ) as in sub base foundation etc. complete all as specified and directed.
12M&L for PCC (1:2:4 ) type B-1 with20 mm graded stone aggregates for coping of poles with all necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
13M&L for PCC (1:4:8 ) type D-2 with40 mm graded stone aggregates for foundation of pole of complete allas specified and directed.
14M&L for stay assembly comprising of 16 mm dia, 1.80 meter long galvanized stay rod, having 7/3.15mm GI stay wire stranded and 230mm x 230mm x 6mm thick stay plate, complete all as shown on electrical plate No 1 of SSR, Part-I with and including all necessary fittings/ accessories like loop type insulator, stay clamps, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and PCC works in (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including taking down and dismantling old unserviceable stay assembly etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
15M&L for stay assembly comprising of 20 mm dia, 1.80 meter long galvanized stay rod, having 7/3.15 mm GI stay wire stranded and 230mm x 230mm x 6mm thick stay plate, complete all as shown on electrical plate No 1 of SSR, Part-I with and including all necessary fittings/ accessories like loop type insulator, stay clamps, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and PCC works in (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including taking down and dismantling old unserviceable stay assembly etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
16Dismantling & taking out of old existing unserviceable insulators of any description and in any position from LT/HT poles all as specified & directed.
17Fixing Only old Insulators of any shape, size in any position including nuts, bolts, washers and all connected accessories as specified and directed.
18Supply and fixing pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulators, including one galvanized mild steel spindle two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 100mm height and 65mm dia suitable for working pressure up to and including 1100 volts grade complete all as specified for LT lines fixed on poles. Make Jayshree/ Modern /Jaipuria brothers/Mysore porcelain /WS insulator.
19Ditto as above but 150 mm hight, 150 mm diafor 11000 volts grade.
20Supplying & FixingShackle type 100mm height and 115 mm dia insulator, porcelain,vitreous, white, brown or green including galvanized mild steel strap 31mm X 5mm, insulator bolts 14mm dia with suitable washers and nut, suitable for working pressure up to & including 1100 volts, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge fixed on LT poles. Make:- Jayshree/Modern /Jaipuria brothers/ Mysore porcelain/ WS insulator.
21M & L Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green single disc assembly for tention with tention clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts.
22Dismantling & Taking down Old Anty climbing devices and Supply and Fixingfor Anti climbing devices, comprising 2.24mm dia galvanized steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 meter clamped and properly secured or as ordered clamps will be measured separately all as specified directed.
23Dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable lightening arrestor of any capacity and any description and Supply, fixing, commissioning & testing of transmission class lightening arrestor 11 KV of Discharge capacity 65 KA NDC confirming to EC-99 -41/1990 including brackets, clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:-Oblum/ Jaipuria Brothers/Elpro.
24Disconnecting and taking down from poles existing street light fittings, bracket, nut-bolt and connected items of any type or any watt and size.
25S&F ENDURA PULSE LED Street Light MADE UP of pressure die cast housingwith toughened glass and individual high power LEDs with secondary optics,IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK07. 60 W including GI light grade pipe bracket of suitable shape 1.5 mtr long and connecting cable 1.5 sqmm 3 core copper conductorand PVC conduit pipe 15 mm bore heavy duty ISI marked duly clamped with pole at 2 places complete all as specified and directed from light fitting to over head line in replacement with existing HPSV /MH / Old U/S light fittings ofany Size/ type including depositing the retrieved fittings to the store yard for further use. Make:-HAVELLS Cat part No LHETBXU7PA6J060 and equivalent in Bajaj,C&S, and CG.
26Disconnecting, taking out and removing old existing unserviceable/repairable underground, LT cable of any description and in any position complete including taking downprotection pipe, bricks etc. all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for the following sizes. Note : Excavation /earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch.

42Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient forlaying cables/pipes etc.all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including removing cable protection PCC covers/ bricks & stacking serviceable covers / bricks for reuse and disposal of unserviceable covers within 50 m all as directed. Note : Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and protection covers.
43Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of25 cm thickafter the cables etc. are laid, jointed & tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
44Removal of surplus excavated spoil not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.
45Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry find sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
46Supplying & Laying Sub Class `B’ bricks old size with axis of the bricks perpendicular to the axis of the cable as in cable protection all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
47Laying only old retrieved serviceable bricks/ cable covers for cable protection with axis of the bricks/ cable cover perpendicular to the axis of the cable of any description as obtained from dismantling of the cable complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
48Disconnecting, dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable spacers of any size/ ways in any position from the LT electric overhead lines of any height and supplying and fixing new PVC insulated spacers suitable for separating existing LT OH lines complete all as specified and directed.
49Clearing of LT line 2 mtr all around by cutting tree branches of any numbers and any girth on any numbers of conductors/earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
50Disconnecting LT cable of size from 16 Sqmm 4 core to 35 Sqmm 3.5 core from existing panel taking out loop of cable not more than 2.5 M length, cut the worn out portion of cable including replacement the lugs, nut-bolt and washers of suitable size and reconnect the existing system.
51Disconnecting LT cable of size from 50 Sqmm 3.5 core to 120 Sqmm 3.5 core from existing panel taking out loop of cable not more than 2.5 M length, cut the worn out portion of cable including replacement the lugs, nut-bolt and washers of suitable size and reconnect the existing system.
52Disconnecting LT cable of size from 150 Sqmm 3.5 core to 300 Sqmm 3.5 core from existing panel taking out loop of cable not more than 2.5 M length, cut the worn out portion of cable including replacement the lugs, nut-bolt and washer of suitable size and reconnect the existing system.
53Supplying, laying & jointing GI water tubing, 80 mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc. laid in trenches / ducts / horizontal bore hole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (MAKE : TATA/JINDAL/TT SWASTIK)
54Supplying, laying & jointing GI water tubing, 50 mm bore, light grade as in sleeving etc. laid in trenches / ducts / horizontal bore hole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (MAKE : TATA/JINDAL/TT SWASTIK).
55M&L for surface excavation over the areas around the poles/feeder piller boxes/ sub stations not exceeding 15cm depth includingcleaning the bushes and vegetation and leveling incl removal of surplus soil in hard/ dense soil. Note:- All necessary T&P and safety equipments required for the job will be provided by the contractor.
56Removing/scraping the existing pre-painted aluminium paint preparing surface for applying new paint with two coats ofapproved quality aluminium paint on 11 mtrs long existing HT pole above coping all as directed and required along with existing accessories such as clamps, channels, angles etc. including numbering of poles with white paint on black back ground as per the directions and three Nos of reflector strips of 15 CM width over the pole surface on height of 1.50 mtr from GL in Red, Yellow, Green colours as approved all to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.
57All as specified in Sl item No 43 above but for 9 mtrs long LT poles.
58Removing/scraping the existing pre-painted aluminium paint preparing surface for applying new paint with two coats ofapproved quality aluminium paint on 2 Pole structure all as directed and required along with existing accessories such as clamps, channels, angles, bracing etc. including numbering of poles with white paint on black back ground as per the directions and three Nos of reflector strips of 15 CM width over the pole surface on height as directed in Red, Yellow, Green colours as approved all to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.
59Removing/scraping the existing pre-painted aluminium paint preparing surface for applying new paint with two coats ofapproved quality aluminium paint on 4 Pole structure all as directed and required along with existing accessories such as clamps, channels, angles, bracing etc. including numbering of poles with white paint on black back ground as per the directions and three Nos of reflector strips of 15 CM width over the pole surface on height as directed in Red, Yellow, Green colours as approved all to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.
60Disconnecting GOD of capacity 11KV, dismantling of GOD for complete repair & overhauling and checking the serviceability of spares and operating mechanism and replacement of defective/worn out spare parts for making the GOD functional including reassembling of operating mechanism, oiling & greasing of moving parts, fine setting of mechanism, making the GOD perfect operational in manual mode complete all as specified and directed. Note :- New spare parts replaced for GOD shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of Sch "A" as “supply only” but fixing element of same shall be deemed to be included under this item. 61Supply only the following new parts suitable for GOD of 11KV repaired under Schedule `A" item No 47 above. 71Taking down unserviceable Drop out fuse set outdoor type ratio 200 Amps of 11 KV and supply and fix drop out fuse set 11 KV, 200 Amps mounted on insulators and steel frame complete all as specified and directed.
72Supply & errect in position steel tubular pole complete with MS base plate finial taper plug, cap bolt, nut screws etc all as specified regarding swaged pole of type 410 SP-55 11 mtrs long incl painting with one coat of red oxide paint and there after two coats of aluminium paint and black bitumen paint on hidden surface in foundation of structure of approved make/quality.
73M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size (600 x 600 x 6.3) mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtrbelow normal ground level duly connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts chek nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earth test point all as specified including necessary earth work, gun metal test point block, PCC work, in order to ensure satisfactory earth resistance result to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

80Demolition of existing foundation for installations andMaterial and Laying of PCC 1:4:8 and making cable duct and relaying of cable HT/LT and distrbued surface making plastering work and material and laying of GI plate covering of cable tray all as specified and direcetd by Egineer-in-Charge.
