| 2 | DESCRIPTION Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Tri-Lingual (Telugu, Hindi, English) 3SMD monochrome cool white 6000K LED Signboard for "NANDYAL". The signboard shall be made using 105 Sq feet ACP, 70 Sq Feet, ACRYLIC Letters and 70 Sq Feet acrylic Base Letters and Illuminated using 12 V LED. 3 SMD 5630, IP 67, Modules of 695 No. The 12 V LED Modules with ACRYLIC Letters shall be powered using 6no of 250 Watt Drivers. The driver shall be placed in 3 IP67 rated DB boxes(2drivers per box) along with DC wiring to the LED signage. Every letter shall have a minimum of 1 Meter of 1.5 Sq.mm 2 Core cable. The Signage board shall be of individual board of size 10ft(length ) and 3ft (height) for all the three languages(Telugu, Hindi & English). The signage board shall be installed on 50 mm Mild steel angle structure with anti corrosive paint. Test certificates of LED lights & drivers and supporting documents for proofing IP67 for DBs shall be submitted along with the supply of the material. Note: Supplier need to get the approval of design and language translation before fabrication. It shall be installed at NDL station as per the instructions of SSE/E/M/NDL. Warranty: For Board 2 Years, for LED Lights & Driver 5 Years from the dat of commissioning. |
