All the 6 components are integrated into single unit undera common control panel with time integrated mechanism to process minimum 3-4 tons of organic waste per shift. 1. Vehicle unloading Ramp:Vehicle unloading Ramp M.S. Steel channel fabricated with vehicle reversePosition lock mechanishm. Size of Ramp suitable for waste unloading vehicles like Tata ace/AshokLayland Dost. 2. Collection and screening tray. Collection and screening tray fabricated with MS frame and surfaceWith SS 304 graded 1.6mm thickness. Size of collection and screening tray will handle and process800 kgs of waste per unloading. 3. Synthetic Profile input conveyor: Input conveyors to convey the screened organic waste with specially designed synthetic profiling model. The Conveyor has side skirts to avoid material spillageand heavy duty steel support fabricated structure for its placement. The conveyor will be supplied bywith a 1.0 HP, 3 phase. Equipment will be supported with all necessary fabricated steel structuresattachment angles, accessories and complete electrical wiring till the control panel board and starter to operate the conveyors to a speed of 15m/min and conveying capacity of 0.5-1 ton/hour.It is driven by electric motor and gear box.
