This Also Inludes Installation Of Track Device ( Double Rail Contact ) Including Digging Of Trench, Track Crossing, Laying Of Double Walled Anti-Rodent Corrugated Pipe From Track Device To Location Box And Making Its Terminations. Fixing Of Deflector Plates. Double Walled Anti-Rodent Corrugated Pipe Made Up Of High Density Polyethylene Of Required Dia And All Other Accessories As Per Site Requirement To Be Supplied By The Firm. The Installation Of Tx / Rx Coil To Be Done As Per Drg. No. Dy.Cste / C / Kota / 15. This Also Includes Supply Of Hdpe Pipes For Laying Of Transmitter And Receiver Cables For Rail Contacts To Location Box, Installation Of Ejb ( Inside Location Box ) / Track Side Electronics ( Inside Mushroom Jb ) . The Ejb / Mushroom Jb / Location Box Shall Be Supplied By The Railways. The Foundation For Ejb Location Box / Mushroom Jb Shall Be Casted By The Contractor. Mushroom Jb, ( If Required ) Shall Be Erected As Per Drg. No. Dy.Cste / C / Kota / 12. Location Box Foundation Shall Be Casted As Per Drg. No. Dy.Cste / C / Kota / 2 Or 3, And Location Boxes With Ejb Erected As Per Standard Railway Practice Which Include Supply & Fixing Of Phenolic Laminated Board Shelf And Terminating The Various Cables As Per Requirement Pertaining To Axle Counter. This Includes Painting With Heat Reflecting Paint On Mushroom Jb / Location Box And Writing On Detection Points And Mushroom Jb / Location Box. This also includes supply of HDPE pipes for laying of transmitter and receiver cables for rail contacts to location box, installation of EJB (inside location box)/ Track side Electronics (inside mushroom JB). The EJB/ mushroom JB/ location box shall be supplied by the Railways. The foundation for EJB location box/mushroom JB shall be casted by the contractor. Mushroom JB, (if required) shall be erected as per Drg. No. Dy.CSTE/C/Kota/12. Location box foundation shall be casted as per Drg.
