( Ii ) Peripheral Crack On Weld Seam At 120 Clock To 30 Clock Position. ( B ) Sme Exhaust Bell Mouth ( I ) 150 Mm Crack Propagation Of Top Weld Seam At 120 Clock Position. ( Ii ) Peripheral Crack On Weld Seam At 90 Clock To 120 Clock Position. ( Iii ) A Crack Of Approximately 20 Mm In The Top Edge Of Deflector Fitted At Exhaust Overboard. ( C ) Cracks To Be Repaired By Aluminium Welding. In-Way Job Includes Following:- ( I ) Welding To Be Undertaken As Per Recommendations Of Class Surveyor. ( Ii ) Welding To Be Proved By Die Penetration And Hose Test. ( Iii ) Removal And Re-Fitment Heat Resistant Lagging Of Affected Area During Welding. ( Iv ) Listing Of The Ship Towards Port / Stbd Side During Course Of Repair By Putting Additional Weights At Foxle / Quarter Deck To Substantiate Feasibility Of Welding, If Required.
