(The sleepers should be installed as per relevant RDSO drawings and however, the drawings must be prepairedby contractore as per site conditions & it may be approved by RDSO/N.F.Rly/IRCON prior to execution of site work.)(d) Remaining, 5% on commissioning of section. |

| 8 | Schedule-B: Track & General Works- NON SOR Leading miscellaneous materials such as iron work, rails, pipes, wooden logs, stones over pitching stone size, RCC/PCC beams/slabs etc. and all similar articles (each individual article or bundle being more than 3.5 metres long in the longest direction) by truck, trailor, etc including all loading, unloading and stacking, lead over 500m and upto 10 km. Note : Lead under this item is payable when the same exceeds 500m. |

| 10 | Linking of track on Bridge on H-Beam sleepers / other type of sleeper (if required) as per approved drawings alongwith fittings, including leading of Running and guard rails , and leading the released rails back to bridge approaches fixing running rails & guard rails, bending of guard rails, notching, drilling of holes, cutting of rails and fixing of PVC dowels etc., as directed and making track structure fit for normal speed. (Rails will be supplied by Railways)NOTE: Including leading of H-Beam sleepers, running rails & guard rails, fittings over the bridge and leading back the released rails & fittings to bridge approaches over the bridge, fixing of sleepers alongwith fittings, fixing of rails with fitting clips, fixing of guard rails etc. |
| 11 | Supplying & fixing MS chequered plates 6 to 8mm thick between guard rails on un-ballasted deck bridge for gang pathway, overlapping at regular intervals of 2m to 2.5m with rail screws or bolts duly drilling holes in chequered plate, as directed.Note: Prefably 8mm thick plates shall be used and overlapping of chequered plates shall not fall in between sleepers.Payment Schedule:(a) 65% would be released against transportation of materials at IRCON \"s Site (against Indemnity Bond)(b) Thereafter, 35% payment would be released against eraction/installation. |
| 12 | Supply and fixing MS angle section on H-Beam sleeper on either side with necessary fittings. Cost also includes cutting, drilling holes and fixing with necessary fittings complete as per direction of the Engineer or his authorised representative at site of work with contractor\"s own labourer, materials, tools and plants etc. |
| 13 | Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/ steel works |
| 14 | Painting with black anti-corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work |
| 15 | Painting of rails (guard rails and running rails) with Anti Corrosive Bitumen Paint as per IS: 9862 |
| 16 | Fabrication, supplying and fixing 600mm x 450mm Bridge Board made from 16 WG MS Sheet duly welded or rivited to back support of two 600mm long horizontal angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm & two 2.5 metre long vertical support of MS Angle of size 50mm x 50mm x 5mm, welded/rivited to board. Vertical supports shall have split ends for proper fixing in ground. Vertical supports of board shall be embedded in ground in M 20 Cement Concrete blocks of size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm (including excavation), complete job including painting & writing of subject matter on bridge board, as directed by Engineer - Incharge. |
