The steel pole shall be painted by bituminious paint total length inside and up to planting depth outside and remaining portion of pole painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and directed.

The charger should have alarm annunciation with visual and audible alarm with manual reset facility forfuse fail alarm.
