Dismantling and Disposal of old KSRTC bus terminal office building at Changanassery, KottayamThe old building is of RCC column-beam framed structure (as per the Plan and Picture enclosed in the tender), 2-storeyed with concrete roof and parapet, RCC foundation, sunshades, Concrete staircase with steel handrails up to roof top, RCC lintels, wooden frames and windows, Wooden Door frames and shutters. The old building contains toilets with sanitary fittings and plumbing items, brickwork partition walls, aluminium partitions and mild steel sections, building electrical such as wires, switches, lights, fans etc.Built up area is approx. 520 Sqm.(about 260 sqm at each floor level)The work includes dismantling and disposal of unserviceable material and giving credit to serviceable materials of the building as per the tender terms and conditions.1. The bidder shall visit the site and ascertain the quantities on his own, before quoting for the work.Note:- a) The Bidder shall quote the maximum amount in tender that can be offered to KSRTC for the serviceable materials after estimating/ accounting the cost of demolition, disposal of debris & unserviceable materials as above. b) The work will be awarded to the Bidder whose bid has been determined to be substantially responsive and who has offered the highest evaluated bid price.On award of contract, the Contractor shall remit the bid amount (plus applicable taxes) to Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) within 1 week and submit the receipt of the same to the Tender Inviting Authority to obtain site hand over from the Govt. Authority and to start the work.
