    Supply Of Skidskid,Skid For Use On Indian Railway As Per Rdso Drawing No. Tfc /Spec./ Skid.( Revised Wheel Skid) Material Specification As Per Enclosed Drawing Annexure. Detail Specifications Are As Follows:- (I) Foreword : This Document Covers The General Technical Requirements Of Wheel Skid To Be Used In Sick Line, Yard, Loco Sheds, Workshops, Production Units And Other Places Or As And When Required By Railway Officials Of Indian Railways To Protect The Bg Railway Line Temporarily. (Ii) Scope: The General Technical Requirements Of Wheel Skid For Sick Line, Yard, Loco Sheds, Workshops, Production Units And Other Places Or As And When Required By Railway Officials To Rdso Drawing No. (Tfc/Specs./374) As Per Attached Annexure. (Iii) Specification Referred: Nil. (Iv) Scope Of Supply: Complete Assembly Of Wheel Skid To Rdso Drg No. (Tfc/Specs./374). (V) Material Requirement: The Schedule Of Material For Wheel Skid Is Given In Material Specification In The Rdso Drawing No. (Tfc/Specs./374) As Per Attached Annexure Of This Specification. (Vi) Technical/Manufacturing Requirement:- The Plates / Rods Should Be Cut By Shear / Cutting Machine Only As Per Material Specified In The Relevant Drawing. All The Sharp Edges And Corners Should Be Rounded Off And Burs Shall Be Removed Before Welding. (Vii) Testing :- The Diamensions Shall Be Checked As Given In The Drawing Rdso Drg. No. Tfc/ Specs /374. The Maufacturer Shall Supply The Certificate Of Tests And Examination Carried Out By Govt. Owned Lab Or Nabl Approved Labs. (Viii) Painting :- Wheel Skid Shall Be Painted With Two Coats Of Red Oxide Primer As Laid Down In Rdso. Drg. (Ix) Packing :- Packing Condition Is Confirmed As Loose ( In A Single Unit)
