    Tender Details

    Bids Are invited for TEA/COFFEE - Tea/Coffee to be served hot to all company employees, officers, and security workmen two times a day on company account. HPCL reserve right to stop or start serving of tea to any officer, employee and security any time. Vendor has to use quality product as follow for tea preparation. Tea brand- Tajmahal, Waghbakari or Lipton. Vendor has to use fresh ginger or cardamom for preparing the tea. Rates to be quoted on per cup of 100 ml basis. , BREAKFAST/EVENING SNACKS - Serving breakfast to guests and all the workmen on special occasions as per the order from HPCL. Vendor must use fresh items like vegetable, gradients, species etc. for preparing the breakfastBreakfast may include:Upma, idli sambhar misal paao,bread Pakoda, Dosa, Paav Bhaji, Uttapam, Sandwich, Samosa, Kachori, Badapav, Allu puri, Allu, gobhi paratha, Any other item as per mutually decided menu.The officers, employees, contract workmen who are taking breakfast on regular basis will be not counted in this line item. HPCL will not responsible to pay for their food. They have to take breakfast on paid basis. , VEG MEAL - Serving special meal as per specimen menu attached in unlimited quantity. Menu for meal will be decided by HPCL.Specimen Menu:1. Chapati/ Puri/ Paratha2. Dal fry3. Dry Vegetable 4. Vegetable curry with gravy5. Plain rice/ Pulao/ Jeera Rice6. Sweet dish / ice cream 7. Fruits 8. Veg Biryani9. Pickle, chutney, roasted or fried papad, curd, salad.The officers, employees, contract workmen who are taking breakfast on regular basis will be not counted in this line item. HPCL will not responsible to pay for their food. They have to take breakfast on paid basis. , NON-VEG MEAL - Serving special meal as per specimen menu attached in unlimited quantity.
