| 317 | Blowing of OFC through HDPE duct & protective work (elicited in above item) already provided.Where it is not feasible to blow OFC due to curves, road/track crossings, bridges or for any other reason, OFC shall be drawn/laid manually as per standard procedure.All the equipments and machinery required shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.In case OFC is to be laid adopting Direct in trench method then this item shall be paid as per accepted rate of item no. (6h) of this schedule.OFC and HDPE pipe shall be supplied by the railway. |
