| 1 | Scrubbing, cleaning, washing, drying of canteen utensils with supply of detergent soap etc to keep hygienic condition. |
| 2 | Cleaning , scrubbing, washing and then mopping dry chairs, tables, canteen kitchen, services in canteen premises for maintaining them in hygenic condition. The cleaning material and disinfectants are to be supplied by the contractor along with consummables like aprons, caps, gloves, napkins etc. |
| 3 | Service charges for arrangement towards procurement of materials at suppliers investment and preparation of breakfast,lunch,snacks, dinner for employees and visitors including extendending table services for breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and also supplying tea at various work stations as and when demanded in all working days. |
| 4 | Cleaning , scrubbing, washing of all the crockery in the above work stations. |
| 5 | Removal of canteen waste and garbage to a suitable place outside the terminal to some Municipal VAN/BIN on daily basis. The waste bins to be washed off daily and then lined with new disposal bin bags of proper size (to be provided by contractor) at the start of each day. |
| 6 | Weekly cleaning of exhaust hoods ,filters of chimney, gas burner, gas pipe, gas burner knobs, hot holding units, cooler and refrigerators. |
| 7 | Record keeping of Gas burner / gas pipe / gas burner knobs cleaning and maintenance schedule (minimum weekly) is maintained and signed by the supervisor. Drinking water cooler cleaning and maintenance schedule (minimum weekly) is maintained and signed by the supervisor. |
| 8 | Providing 2 set uniform ( It has to be ensured that Name of Contractor should be embossed/ printed on the back side of uniform and logo to be printed in front of Shirt pocket), 1 pair safety Shoe, 1 no. Helmetto workmen engaged |
| 9 | Weelkly Pest control at Canteen including documentation for pest control, usage of pesticides as per format prescribed by Officer in Charge. |
| 10 | Suplly of consumables for providing canteen services and in order to maintain hygeinic condition at Canteen. ( For details of Supply items Tender document to be referred) |
| 11 | Daily Crushing of waste material and pouring to Bio Methanation Plant or as per instruction by officer in charge |
