Cane unloader bridge of Span size 22.5mtr – New cane unloader bridge of size 500mm x 1250mm x 22500mm both side with motor assembly. M.S. Square on bridge for cross travel. End carriage will be box type fabricated with L type bracket and forged wheel. Bearing will be FAG make of size 22218. One side platform for movement, Two nos helical type gear box HB350 will be supplied for long travel. Motor 7.5hp 960 rpm S-5 duty – 02 nos. Dismantling of old bridge and trolly and erection of new bridge and re-erection of old trolly complete with successful trial. (All essential equipments man power, Crane, supervision for dismantling, erection & fitting will be in tenderer firm scope. Only electricity will be provided by mill free of cost.
