(PART-A) Comprehensive running maintenance of Window type A.C unit / Split type A.C unit / Cassettes type A.C units of 1.5 T.R / 2.0 T.R Capacity water cooler/ ductable AC coloum etc. for Twelve months( 8 months summer+ 4 months winter) after completion of servicing overhauling repairing etc as required at site i/c Servicing of WTAC /STAC/Cassette type A.C units including cleaning, washing with High Pressure water spray electric machine, coil cleaning with chemical, blower oiling, greasing including replacement of blower, motor, compressor, PCB, Plug top, 3 core copper conductor cable,Starting/running capacitor of suitable size, relay suitable for 1.5, 2 TR unit, condenser fan, filter PVC, Fan Blades, Thermostat, remote and all types of defective parts for proper functioning of equipments, condenser coil, cooling coil, charging of refrigerant gas to make the already installed W.T. /Split/Cassette type A.C units fully functional with genuine spares and reinstallation of the same etc. complete as required. The AC units/Water Cooler will be handed over to the agency on as it is where it is bases for servicing and comprehensive maintenance. The firm is advised to visit the site, before quoting the rates. All the above units were functional last year, nothing extra shall be paid for above items for making the units fully functional, testing and commissioning complete as reqd.\n(Note:- The contractor is required to complete the servicing & repairing of all Air Conitioning equipments/water coolers within a period of one month and submitt the record to the department. The comprehensive maintenance shall be treated as started only after acceptance by the department that all equipment have been serviced by contractor.) The contractor will handover all the unit in fully functional condition on completion of the work. Dismentaled material will be taken back by the contractor for which necessary rebate shall be confidence while quoting the rates.\na) Summer (8 months) for 208 unit
