Cushion Pads Placed On The Vapour Barrier In Perfect Level At 350Mm In One Direction Under The Wooden Sleepers For Extra Resilience (Fixed On The Bottom Side Epdm Air Cushioned Pads, Stapled Through The Two Wings At 350 Mm X 350 Mm In One) With 10/19 Mm Thickness Including Free Zone Area Beyond Side Line & Back Line. After Laying The Flooring, The Floor Boards Will Be Leveled To A Uniform Surface And Applied Polish. The Teak Wood Flooring Will Be Finished With Anti-Skid Polyurethane Finish Polish And Court Line Marking On The Sub Base I.E. 24X48 X 2 =2304Sqft Area. (2)Dismantling Of Two Old Wood Flooring 27X51x2=2754Sqft Area And Preparation Of Pcc/Rcc Work For Base 225X2=450Sqft Area Up To Flooring Level (I.E.5 To 6 Approx.)
