Cushion pads placed on the vapour barrier\rin perfect level at 350mm in one direction under the wooden sleepers for extra resilience (fixed on the bottom side\rEPDM air cushioned pads, stapled through the two wings at 350 mm x 350 mm in one) with 10/19 mm Thickness\rincluding free zone area beyond side line & back line. After laying the flooring, the floor boards will be leveled to a\runiform surface and applied polish. The Teak Wood flooring will be finished with anti-skid polyurethane finish\rPolish and Court Line Marking on the sub base i.e. 24'x48' x 2 =2304sqft area. (2)Dismantling of two old wood\rflooring 27'x51'x2=2754sqft area and preparation of PCC/RCC work for base 225x2=450sqft area up to Flooring\rlevel (i.e.5" to 6" approx.) except 24'x48'x2 =2304sqft area up to 2" to 3" from old base for installation of new\rflooring.
