A)Firms Who Are Having Facilities For Heavy Fabrication And Who Have Executed Similar Works Shall Only Quote B)The Required Raw Materials Shall Be Sourced Through Reputed Sources Such As M/S Sail,Tisco,Isp&T,Ismt,Jindal,Msl,Kalyani,Tata Or Their Authorised Dealers.Tenderer Shall Furnish Mtc For Raw Materials Including The Source. C)The Tenderer Should Have Qualified Welders For Manufacturing And Supplying Water Cooled Hood On Time. They Shall Also Produce Latest Certificates Of Qualified Welders On Their Rolls. D)The Tenderer To Submit A Detailed Qap As Indicated. Ii. Scope Of Work For Manufacturing, Assembly,Testing And Supply Of Water Cooled Hood. A)Submission Of Raw Material Procurement Invoice From Reputed Source To M/S.Rites. B)Welding Sequence Plan,Selection Of Electrodes Of E-7018 Quality Of M/S.Advani Oerlicon / L&T/ Esab/Metafusion/Weld Craft/Ador Only. C)Marking,Sizing And Surface Preparation. D)Preparations Of Weld Joints. E)Welding By Qualified Welders. F)Stress Releiving Time Temperature Graph Shall Be Enclosed. G)Non-Destructive Testing Of Weldments Test Certificate Shall Be Enclosed. H)Painting Of Water Cooled Hood By One Coat Of Red Oxide Paint Followed By One Coat Of Heat Resistant Aluminium Paint. I)Dispatch Of Water Cooled Hood With Suitable Packing To Avoid Damage During Transit. Iii. Inspection: A)By M/S Rites At Firms Premises Shall Carry Out Product Inspection. B)Stage Inspection: Representative Of M/S Rites At Firms Works. C)Final Inspection Representative Of M/S Rites At Firms Works Before Dispatch Shall Carry Out The Final Inspection Of W.C.Hood. Shall Be Checked For Various Dimensions And Hydraulically Tested At A Pressure At 10Kg/ Cm2 For Two
