    Supply Of , Isi Marked Mild Steel Square Taper Washer Confirming To Is: 2062 E250, To Be Used Where The Angle Between The Axis Of Bolt And The Joint Surface Is More Than 3 Degree Off Normal. The Tapered Washer Shall Be Used Against The Tapered Surface. Non Rotating Surface Shall Preferably Be Placed Against Tapered Washer. Surface Finish: All Washers (Except Dtis) Shall Be Supplied With Coating Consisting Of Zinc Phosphate That Is Used In Conjunction With Suitable Oil Of Rust Preventive Type As Per Is 1367 (Part Xii).Dimensional Deviation For Washers: As Per Drg No. T %U2013 3930. All Washers Shall Be Flat With A Maximum Deviation Not Exceeding 0.25 Mm From Straight Edge Laid Along A Line Passing Through The Center Of The Hole. The Washer To Be Hardened And Tempered Duly Confirming To Is 6649. Note:-Material Should Strictly Comply To The Given Specifications. In Case Of Any Deviations, The Materials May Be Rejected On Suppliers Own Risk And Cost.
