    Supply Of , Supply Of Aluminised Rayon Suit As Per Drg No. Rwf/Misc/M-821 Altb. 1. The Fabric Shall Be Made From Preoxidized-Paramide Based Aluminized Material. 2. The Fabric Should Have A Total Weight Of 515 G/M? (?30 G/M?). 3. The Fabric Shall Be Tested And Certified To En11612 Having A Rating Of A1, B1,C3, D3 & E3. 4. The Fabric Should Offer Excellent Thermal, Radiant And Convective Heat Protection. 5. The Aluminised Outer Fabric Shall Be Tested And Certified To En Iso 11612 And En 1486. 6. Model/Make: 4585 Of Dickson. Note:- 1. Above Referred Drawing Is For General Guidance Only. Supplier Has To Assure Proper Fitment To Rwf Staff. If Needed, Supplier Can Visit At Rwf And Take Measurement Of Individual Staff Before Proceeding For Stitching. 2. Fabric Information, Technical Data, Certification Report, Test And Analysis Report Shall Be Submitted Alongwith The Quotation. Failing Which, Offer Is Liable To Be Ingored. 3. Trial Of This Material Shall Be Conducted At Spruewash Station Of Moulding Room, During Work Infront Of Furnaces At Sms & Scrap Cutting At Scrap Pre Conditioning Bay. Requirement Is As Follows: A)Each Pair Shall Sustain For Minimum 40 Heats At Spruewash Station Of Moulding Room. B) Condition Shall Be Assessed For Damages Caused On Aluminised Rayon Suites After One Month Use At Sms & Spc Bay.
