    Dismantling Terrace Floor, Surface Preparation, Grouting, Joints Filling, Repairs To Terrace Floor And Cementitious Coating The Work Shall Also Be Carried Out As Per Following Detailed Specifications Vide ( 1A ) To ( 1E ) And As Directed With Utmost Care For Its Guaranteed Performance. The Rate To Be Quoted Shall Be Inclusive Of Gst, Required All Material, Labour, Transportation, Loadingunloading, Scaffolding, Tools & Plants, Wastage If Any, Making Good Damages To Match With Surroundings Surface, Carrying Out Work In Workman Like Manner At All Lead And Lift, Curing Wherever Required, Carting Away Debris Out Of Premises Without Any Cost To The Bank And Also Inclusive Of Suitable Rebate For Taking Away All Removed Items If Any May Be Considered While Quoting The Rate. N. B.: Only Plan Area Of Treated Terrace Shall Be Measured And Paid For. Brick Bat Coba: Providing And Laying Integral Cementbased Water Proofing Treatment Including Preparation Of Surface As Required For Treatment Of Roofs, Balconies, Terraces Etc. Consisting Of Following Operations: ( A ) Applying A Slurry Coat Of Neat Cement Using 2.75 Kg / Sqm Of Cement Admixed With Water Proofing Compound Conforming To Is. 2645 And Approved By Engineerincharge Over Treated Surface As Per 1 E ) Above Including Adjoining Walls Up To 300 Mm Height Including Cleaning The Surface Before Treatment.
