Item Description:- Supplying of AT weld portions for 52 Kg. (90 UTS) rails and in-situ welding with compressed\rAir petrol pre-heating 3 piece pre-fabricated mould (ZIRCON - WASHED) Manually pressed, single shot crucible\rfitted with Auto tapping Thimble. Note : This work is including in-situ welding of 52 Kg. (90 UTS) rails with\rtrimming, grinding, finishing and cutting of rails for creating gap wherever necessary etc., as per the specifications\rwith all contractor's labour, materials, T&P, all leads, lifts, transport, taxes etc., complete with latest specifications\rapproved by RDSO.\" Notes : i) Cutting of rail for creating gap for welding to be carried out by contractor's own\rabrasive rail cutting machine which should not take more than 10 minutes per cut with contractor's fuel and own\rtools & plants, rail cuts should be perfect & truly square. The above item includes cutting of rails for creating gap\rwherever necessary for which no extra payment will be made.ii) Contractor should paint joint No. on each joint\rwith black emulsion paint on base of size 2\" x 4\" and joint No. with white paint in size 1 3/4 \" x 2\". Black and white\rpaint should be at contractor's cost including welds collars up to 100mm on either sides of weld with paint to\rspecification no. IS-9862-1981 or bituminous emulsion to IRS-P-30 Gr.
