    Supply Of Supply Of Fire Extinguisher With Anti-Theft Arrangement, Supply Of Fire Extinguisher With Anti-Theft Arrangement In Ac And Non Ac Coaches. Detailed Scope Of Work Is Enclosed. Fire Extinguisher Specification As Per Rcf Specn. No.Mdts-46270, Rev.0 Except Item No.4 & 6 And Anti-Theft Mechanism As Per Drg.No.U/M/C&W/18/002 Alt.B And Description Of Anti-Theft Mechanism Is Enclosed. The Following Amendment To The Specification Mdts 46270 Rev-0 Is Applicable. Para 3 (Iii ) May Be Read As - The Fire Extinguisher Shall Be Isi Marked Or En 3-7:2004, En 3-8:2006 Approved. Para 3 (Vi) May Be Read As - Each Vessel Needs To Be Checked For Hydrostatic Pressure Upto 35 Kg/Cm2 And Oem Has To Submit Hydrostatic Pressure Testing Certificate For The Same. Supply To Be Made 3 Different Location Of Southern Railway As Per Para 4 Of Special Condition .
