    Pre Shutdown Survey And Dismantling Of Machine Including Rotor, Coolers, Thrust Pads Etc To Allow Repairing! Replacement Of Damaged Stator Winding Bars As Per Sop And Site Requirement. 2. Post Dismantling, Inspection, Testing / Measurements And Analysis And Repairs Of Dismantled Assemblies At Works And Power House Where Ever Required As Per Sop And Site 3. Requirement Replacement of damaged coils by way of using existing one after repair / reinsulation( Class-F) and relevanr tests as laid down in IS/iEC or using old coils lying in Divisional stores after repair / reinsulation ( Class F) with relevant tests as envisaged in IS/iEC and other allied activities necessarily required for successful recommmissioning of Unit. However fresh coils with Class F insulation have to be supplied for use against damaged ones. 4. Ascertaining overall healthiness of complete stator winding by way or conducting Tan Dita test / Hv test or any other upgraded version of tests wherever referred and other allied activities necessarily required for successful recommmissioning of Unit Also relevunt tests to be done on Rotor. 5. Reassembly of dismantled machine as per requirement complete job with coolers, valves, pipe lines etc. 6. vibration analysis, alignment, dynamic balancing of machine and corrections for proper balancing at full load. Spining, dry out, pre commissioning tests etc and final commissioning of the machine.
