S.S. 316L Shims For Arresting The Hot Air Passing Through Hot Air Dampers While Damper In Fully Closed Condition Including The Cost Of New 1 Mm Tk. S.S. 316L Shims Of Size 1520 Mm X 120 Mm X 1 Mm Thick X 4 Nos Etc ( Required Qty. Of S.S.316L Shims Are Under Contractor Scope ) 6 Dismantling The C&I Pneumatic Operated Power Cylinder Of Hot Air Damper, Cleaning & Reassembling The Hot Air Damper Gear Box, Inspection Of Hot Air Damper Leaf Shaft, Bearings & Renewal Of Worn Out Parts, Flange Ropes, Bearings Etc If Necessary & Finally Reassembling To The Hot Air Damper Duct Etc 7 Leading, Lifting, Transporting Of Retrieved Worn Out / Under Cut Shaft From Hot Air Dampers, Lock & Unlock Cam Shafts To Outside Workshop, Reconditioning The Worn Out Portion Of Bearing Seating Both End By Welding And Machining The Required Size Of Uneven Outer Surface Of Shafts And Finally Roller Shaft Trueness Checking Etc And Return To Mtpsii Hot Air Damper Work Site. ( Transporting Of Shafts For Machining Works Under Contractors Scope )
