( Above 9M And Upto 36M ) . 3 Rectification And Strengthening Of Damaged / Eroded Plat Form In Scaph Coil Floor Elevation And Above Structural Materials Such As Angles, Channels, Plates & Beams As Derived By Field Engineers. ( Charges Inclusive Of Labour, Transporting Steel Materials From Stores, Consumables And T&Ps. ( Above 9M And Upto 36M ) 4 Cleaning And Painting Of One Coat Of Red Oxide And Two Coats Of Enamel Paint In Newly Erected Structure Materials, Including Cost Of Paint, Consumables And T&Ps. 5 Removing The Grills Over The Platform And Refixing The Grills Over The Scaph Floor, Including Consumables And T&Ps. 6 Renewal Of Defective Scaph Line, Tubes Of Size Above 44.5Mm Od In Uniti. Work Involves Transportation, Cutting And Removal Of Defective Pipe Line, Edge / Spool Preparation, Welding The Reconditioned Valve With Ibr Welder, Including Consumables And T&Ps. 7 Renewal Of Defective Scaph Drain Line For Cutting, Edge Preparation And Welding Of 1 Pipe Line, Tee Elbows, Bends In Boiler Pressure Parts By Ibr Welder Etc., Including Consumables And T&Ps. 8 Bending Of Various Size Of Scaph Pipes And Drain Line. Charges Including Consumables And T&Ps.
