    Tender For ] from thedate of issue of letter of acceptance of this tender. I/We also hereby agree toabide by the IRS GCC and Special Conditions of contract and to carry out the2 works according to the IRU Standard Specifications for materials and works, No No Not Allowed2010, laid down by South Central Railway for the present contract. [3]. The fullvalue of the earnest money paid shall stand forfeited without prejudice to anyother rights or remedies of the railway if [a]I/We do not execute the contractdocument within seven days after receipt of notice issued by the Railway thatsuch documents are ready: OR [b] I/We do not commence the work withinfifteen days after receipt of orders to that effect. [4]. Until a formal agreement isprepared and executed, acceptance of this tender shall constitute a bindingcontract between us subject to modifications, as may be mutually agreed tobetween us and indicated in the letter of acceptance of my/our offer for thiswork.I/We fail to submit the requisite Performance Guarantee [P.G] in the prescribedformat even after 60 (Sixty days) from the date of issue of Letter of3 Acceptance, we are aware that the contract shall be terminated duly forfeiting No No Not AllowedEMD and other dues, if any payable against the contract.
