    Tender Details

    Tender for repairing, rewinding & reconditioning of anchor motor 10hp, 415 volts ac, 3 phase with super enameled winding wire of suitable size/gauge and f class insulation material duly dismantling the end covers, removing the rotor, removing old un-serviceable winding of stator, thoroughly cleaning the complete stator, applying good quality varnish after completion of the entire winding, baking up the stator winding, improving ir values including metal build up and machining of shaft, dynamic balancing of rotor, supply and replacement of bearings. (make: skf/fag) and reconditioning of dc brake unit, re-assembling, testing and commissioning with all labour, tools and tackles, material and to & fro transportation as directed by engineer-in-charge.
