    Tender For Repair Of Major Mill Equipments Of Tandem Mill.- Overhauling Of Wiper Box Assembly Of Roll Sta Nd Including Its Screw Down Arrangement And Strip Width Guide Mechanism Of Tandem Mill. (One Set Includes The Following Jobs For One Roll Stand Of Tandem Mill) . 1) All Cooling Water Spray Headers Mounted On The Wiper Box Are To Be Taken Out And Pipes Are To Be Hanged With Proper Supports And Identification Mark To Avoid Mixing Up. 2) Complete Wiper Box Assembly Is To Be Taken Out After Dismantling. Ref.Drg.Cdb/R-64613 $ Cdb/R-64614. 3) The Top Guide Wood Holder (Cdb/R-64623) And Bottom Guide Wood Holder (Cdb/R-64625) Are To Be Replaced.The Party Has To Start Assembling Of New Guide Outside The Mill Befo Re Start Of Shut Down.Free Movement Of Guides Are To Be Ensured Before Fixing In Mill.The Job Should Be Started By The Party At Least Before The Start Of Actual Shut Down. 4) New Guide Assemblies Are To Be Fitted Back In Mill.Proper Alignment Of Guides Is To Be Done. 5) The Screw Down Arrangement Of Wiper Box (Cdb/R-64619) Is To Be Overhauled
