    Tender For Early Works-Vdpl - Providing And Filling With Selected Excavated Approved Quality Earth For Grading And Also Under Pcc Or Wherever As Directed By Engineer -In-Charge Including Identifying & Locating Of Borrow Pits, Excavation At Borrow Pits Outside Plant Premises, Payment Of Royalty To Owner Of Borrow Pit, If Applicable, Payment Of Applicable Royalties, Taxes, Etc To Statutory Authority For Operating The Borrow Pit; Loading At Borrow Pit End; Transportation From Borrow Pit To Plant Premises; Removing Debris, Organic Matter, Etc; . The Scope Also Includes Spreading In Layers Of 200 Mm Thick, Watering And Compacting With Vibrator Roller Till Maximum Compaction That Is 95% Modified Proctor Density Is Achieved. Complete In All Respect As Per Tender Specification / Scope Of Work Etc And As Directed By Engineer -In-Charge.Complete. Contractor Has To Send The Soil Samples From Site For Testing At Hpcl Approved Nabl Certified Lab. Degree Of Compaction Of Each Layer Has To Be Tested At Site Using Core Cutting Test. The Rate Quoted By The Contractor Shall Include The Cost Of The Above Tests Etc..
