    Tender For Populated PCBs of DC-DC Converter to the following specification in set. One set comprising of :-1) Populated PCB for getting varying output voltage :- 1 No. Nominal Input Voltage - 24V DC Nominal OutputVoltage - Voltage varying from 24V dc to 72V 2) Populated PCB for getting constant output voltage : - 1 No.Nominal Input Voltage - 24V DC Nominal Output Voltage - 5V DC (Two Items Only) Material : Copper clad glassepoxy of Grade FR4 or equivalent with minimum thickness of 1.6mm and the thickness of copper clad shall notbe less than 70 microns; Size : Overall size not more than 150mm x 200mm Heat sink : To be providedDocuments : Data and Operating sheets to be provided for all major electronic items. Circuit Diagram, Bill ofMaterial to be supplied . Grade of electronic components to be used : Industrial grade only. Inspection : Byconsignee & All the relevant test in RDSO spec No. IRS:S 96-2000 to be confirmed.
