During Traffic Block The Contractor Will Provide The Gas Cutter Along With Skilled Artisans To Meet The Any Emergency Which May Require Cutting Of Rail Panel, Etc. , Painting Of 90R / 52Kg / 60 Kg Rails In Situ / On Cess With Two Coats Of Anti-Corrosive Bituminous Black Paint Conforming To Is-9862- 1981. Each Coat Of Paint Shall Have Minimum Dry Film Thickness Of 100 Microns. The Painting Will Be Done After Removing The Rust And Dust And Loosening The Scales By Brushing / Scrapping Etc. All The Application Will Be Done In Uniform Brushing. The Work Shall Be Complete In All Respects With All L&M, Miscellaneous & Incidental Works Related To The Job As Per Directions Of Engineer-In-Charge At Site To His Entire Satisfaction. ( Painting Of Rails Will Be Insitu / On Cess After The Removal Of Necessary Fittings ( Including Pandrol Clips , Liner Etc. ) , Ballast Etc., Wherever Required ) . The Fittings & Ballast Etc.
