    Supply Of Helical Spring For Axle Box Guide Arrangement For High Power Dmu/Dpc 1400 Hp Coaches To Be Supplied In Numbers I.E Item 1 Passenger Side 50 Percent And Item 2 Engine Side 50Percent Confirming To Rdso Spec. No. Wd-01 Hls-94, Rev.3 Of Jan. 09 To Icf Drg. No. Dmu/Dpc5-0-1-501, Item-1 And 2, Alt K/Nil. Packing Condition: The Spring Are One The Most Stressed Components Of The Vehicle Suspension. Hence They Should Be Suitably Packed To Ensure Their Safe Transportation, For Packing The Spring A Seamless Polythene Sleeve Of Minimum 500 Micron Thickness And Appropriate Diameter Matching The Finished Spring Bar Diameter Should Be Slide On The Finished Spring Wire Bar And Sealed From Both The Ends. The Whole Spring Bar Should Then Be Wrapped With A Thick Jute Strip Such That No Portion Of The Spring Is Exposed Open. Transportation Of Spring In Wooden Boxes/Pallets Shall Be Preferable. Any Other Precaution In Packing As May Be Deemed Fit For Safe Transportation Should Be Taken By The Spring Manufacture To Avoid Damage During Transportation.Quantity: &Nbsp;106.00
