Pre-Qualifying Requrements :- Eligible Bidder The Agency / Tender Should Be In The Business Of Design, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Kitchen, Heating And Electrical Equipment For Corporate And Commercial Building And In The Business Of Supplying Same To Catering Services Average Annual Financial Turnover During The Last 3 Years, Ending 31St March Of The Previous Financial Year, Should Be At Least 30% Of The Estimated Cost. Please Upload A Copy Of Work Order/Work Completion Certificate Issued By The Rank Of Executive Engineer, Equivalent Or Above. 3) Experience Of Having Successfully Completed Similar Works During Last 7 Years Ending Last Day Of Month Previous To The One In Which Applications/Tender Are Invited Should Be Either Of The Following:- A. Three Similar Completed Works Costing Not Less Than The Amount Equal To 40% Of The Estimated Cost. Other Essential Conditions:1) The Bidder Should Have Service Tax Registration, Vat Registration And Pan No. 2) The Bidder Should Have Registered Office In Mumbai /Navi Mumbai Or Thane Area With Adequate Staffing And Relevant Material Storage Capacity. 3) Bidders Should Have Pf, Electrical Installation And Solvency Certificate Of 20% Of Estimated Value And Should Have Workshop/Manufacturing Facility For Relevant And Tendered Works Which Will Be Visited By
