(under non plan)- 1 engagement of labour for dismentling the roof and cement based sheet by way of cleaning sweeping removal of vegatation, jungle cutting and minor maintaince work. 2 engagement of labour of day to day maintaince of govt. building by way of cleaning, sweeping removal of vegatation, jungle cutting and minor maintaince work. 3 engagement of technician electrictain plumbler etc. day to day maintaince of govt. building by way of fixing of electric wiring, servies of equipments and minor maintaince work. 4 distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on new work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer 5 providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. all work upto plinth level with 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 6 steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. 7 finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications: painting steel work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade to give an even shade. two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture 8 centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of formt work for foundation , footings , basis of columns etc. for mass concrete.
