supply of battery bank with buy back of old battery bank installed at dcrtpp , supply of battery bank for 2x130 kva ups system type : vrla each cell voltage= 2v ampere rating of each cell = 850 ah total battery bank voltage= 408 v ampere rating of battery bank: 850 ah minimum number of cells per bank: 204 voltage limit of inverter operation: 320v (min voltage), 490v (max voltage) absolute maximum voltage: 490 v float voltage per cell: 2.25v boost voltage per cell: 2.35v over all float voltage of battery bank = 459 v over all boost voltage of battery bank: 480 v dc voltage stability: ±1v minimum dc voltage per cell (ecv) = 1.75 v others details :- 1) the 408v, 830ah battery banks installed with 2x130 kva emerson make ups system. i) the bidder / supplier shall supply type tested battery as per is:15549: 2004/iec60896-21 & 22:2004 and iec61427-2005. over the range of at least 01 capacity per design and should have met requirement of service life test as per above stated iec standards within last 7 yrs. (other detailed specifications/ technical data sheet /standards as per annexure i&ii) , buyback of old battery bank already installed at dcrtpp, yamuna nagar , supplier shall do erection, testing and commissioning of new battery bank after dismantling of existing battery bank free of cost. transportation of old dismantled battery bank either to store or out of dcrtpp shall be in the scope of firm. test shall be conducted in accordance with iec60896-21&22: 2004. other detail as per annexure attached.(annexure-i&ii) other important details: 1. supply, erection, testing & commissioning of battery bank at dcrtpp site will be in firm’s scope. 2. manufacturing ofbattery bank should not be more than delivery period as per po. 3. supplier shall conduct factory acceptance test (fat) free of cost. fat shall be carried out in presence of inspecting officer of dcrtpp. supplier shall also conduct site acceptance test (sat) free of cost. site acceptance test (sat) will be carried out at site after final commissioning of battery bank at site. 4. supplier shall provide mounting enclosures with base frames for proper fitment of battery bank free of cost. 5. supplier shall have to dismantle the existing battery bank free of cost. 6. supplier shall ensure and confirm inter-changeability ofbattery banks to be supplied with the existing battery bank at dcrtpp site. the supplier may visit dcrtpp site for visual survey of the existing battery banks before submission of bids, if required. in case any technical details of existing battery bank are required then please contact xen/c&i-ii: 9355061860. 7. all other accessories and miscellaneous items required for installation, commissioning and smooth functioning of battery banks shall also be in the scope of the supplier.
