bids are invited for supply of 110 volt, 415 ah, vrla sealed maintenance free, factory pre-charged battery bank with each bank comprising of 56 cells and nominal volatge of each cell is 2v dc. shifting of material from stores to site and installation and commissioning at site is in scope of the vendor. vendor to quote separately for buyback of old battery cells as per following details. -02 sets of battery banks shall be purchased without buyback. -details of 04 sets of battery banks offered for buy back: - 1) 03 sets battery bank comprising of 56 cells with 2v/cell, 415 ah and 2) 01 set battery bank comprising of 56 cells with 2v/cell, 300 ah shall be offered for buyback. 3) vendor has to collect the buyback battery cells from nalcos premises on as is where is basis. payment term: a) 90% payment along with taxes and duties shall be made after receipt and acceptance of the material at our site. remaining 10% after successful installation and commissioning and certification of engineer in charge refer annexure-a for complete technical specification. , installation & commission -this line item comprises service charges for installation and commissioning activity of battery bank in high voltage sub station. -the installation and commissioning activity of battery bank shall be completed within 3 months from the date of delivery. payment term: service :- 100 % after successful installation and commissioning., 110 v dc station battery bank total quantity : 12
